"Deader-side manner"

Films: Patrick (2013)

Alias: None

Type: Mystical

Location: Haunted Home

Height/Weight: That of an average human.

Affiliation: Evil

Summary: Close to the end of the 70s, we bore witness to just how terrifying a man can be without having to move a finger or even one solitary muscle. It made you believe that a comatose person could be scary. Now, we return to that story once more.

History: The story is as you remember it, just in a more modern setting. Patrick is a comatose patient (who killed his own parents) being watched over by a nurse that he immediately takes a liking to. His psychic powers give him a means of communicating with her. And while it's all dandy at first, his obsession over her causes him to lash out with his mind more than often...

Notable Kills: Traps a man in his own car via seatbelt, then has the car slowly drive off a cliff and onto the rocks below.

Final Fate: After forcing the lead doctor to electrocute himself, the nurse ultimately decides not to put up with his murder spree anymore. Patrick flies into a psychic rage, flinging objects everywhere before launching himself out the window and onto a spiked fence. However, despite being rather dead, the possibility of his spirit still being there remains...

Powers/Abilities: Psychic powers that entail things like telekinesis and possession.

Weakness: Anything conventional.

Scariness Factor: 4.5-All those years, and the comatose killer is worse than ever. Sure, the effects are not all that good at times, but the increased creativity and sheer power on display more than make up for it. Also, the flashbacks to him murdering his parents are...wow, they wouldn't get away with that so easily back then.

Trivia: -Rather paradoxically, someone starts playing the soundtrack for the original film at one point in this one.

-Patrick was played by Jackson Gallagher, who seems to do better in TV shows than movies.

Because his fetishes...oh, God...

"I pray I can put a shirt on him..."
Criminy...this is an awful poster for how disturbing it is.

Totally not a red flag on his rep sheet.
Well, you did film this at Arkham Asylum.
